Imacorgi provides canine behavioral evaluations, handler education, and workspace socialization consulting for pet-friendly corporate offices and co-working environments. Our services include spatial safety assessments, structured office socialization protocols, and employee workshops on canine communication. All services are delivered by certified animal behaviorists.
Clients must provide accurate information about their workspace layout, number of dogs, and any prior behavioral incidents. Clients are responsible for ensuring all dogs participating in evaluations are up-to-date on vaccinations and free from contagious illness. Handlers must follow all protocols provided by Imacorgi staff during assessments and training sessions.
Imacorgi provides professional recommendations and training protocols. We do not guarantee specific behavioral outcomes, as animal behavior is influenced by numerous factors beyond our control. Imacorgi is not liable for injuries, property damage, or incidents arising from failure to implement recommended protocols, pre-existing behavioral conditions not disclosed by the client, or actions of third parties. Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
All materials provided during consultations, including written protocols, assessment reports, and workshop content, remain the intellectual property of Imacorgi. Clients may use these materials for internal purposes only. Redistribution, resale, or public reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice. Imacorgi reserves the right to immediately terminate services if a client fails to follow safety protocols, provides false information, or creates an unsafe working environment for our staff. In such cases, fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.
We may update these terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa.
